Chocolate fondant: Molten Lava Cake
Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients
  • 100g chocolate
  • 60g butter (room temperature)
  • 3 eggs
  • 40g sugar
  • 20g flour
  • 1 vanilla sugar packet
Cooking Directions
  1. melting chocolate with butter in microwave
  2. add sugar and mix it in
  3. add vanilla sugar and mix
  4. add eggs one by one and mix after each one
  5. add flour and mix until incorporated
  6. pour it into pour it into greased ramekins or muffin tin
  7. bake it for 10 minutes/ 220c oven.
